Upstate Gallery on Main, sponsored by the University of South Carolina Upstate, is pleased toannounce “POP,” recent paintings in encaustic by Jeff Schaller. The exhibition opens on Sept. 3 and runs through Nov. 2. An artist reception will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19.
