Using vintage adult movie posters as a starting point it was Schaller's intent to see how iconic images connect with seemingly innocent images. Schaller had developed an underlying narrative for a more sophisticated audience. Within this series there are also paintings using corn as the theme. The notion of Sigmund Freud's statement "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar" resonates.
